Desde el miércoles quería hacer esta entrada y bueno, ahora que tengo un poco de tiempo (muy escaso por mi desgracia) he decidido hacer un breve descanso para sentarme a hacerla. En esta ocasión quiero hablar sobre las ventas online y más específicamente los single de Arashi. Por todos es sabido que siempre lanzan dos versiones: la regular y limitada. Lo que comentaré a continuación es una pequeña experiencia que viví con su nuevo single: Endless game.



Personalmente me gusta comprarme la versión limitada, me hace gracia lo del DVD y que decir que en la época en que no tenía ni medios ni confianza para comprar online me llegaba a frustrar un poco al ver tantas cosas de ellos y no poder acceder a ninguno, llegando al punto que en esos días tontos que todos tenemos podía llegar a deprimirme un tanto. Así es ser fan de algo: lo quieres todo o nada. Lo que narrare a continuación es una opinión propia, no quiero que nadie se enfade, piense mal o incluso recibir alguna crítica como “Ayumi, ¿Cómo puedes decir eso si esa tienda es donde compro yo y es genial?” porque si, en los últimos lanzamientos de Arashi en muchas ocasiones he llegado a un nivel de enfado raro en mi con CdJapan. Últimamente la página dicha me ha dado muchos problemas como no dejarme pagar el pedido o simplemente el que más he sufrido: no avisar del producto o avisar a horas impetuosas. Esto último no se lo tomo en cuenta porque la diferencia horaria es enorme y si me avisan de madrugada es culpa mía por dormir. Pero siempre contaba con el colchón llamado Yesasia, la primera vez que compre no estaba muy segura e incluso recibí opiniones muy malas hasta el punto de temer que mi pedido jamás llegara, por suerte llegaron y me dieron más confianza. ¿Pero que ocurrió esta vez? Un caso algo insólito y personalmente creo que hay gato encerrado.  A continuación comentare que ocurrió.

A las 5:30 de la mañana CdJapan aviso de las preorder, hasta aquí todo correcto y normal llegar a las 9:30 y que la versión limitada estuviera agotada, muy normal siendo la dicha web. El problema fue al ir Yesasia, primero no salía el single cuando lo buscabas, con un juego de palabras llegue a él y mi sorpresa fue monumental cuando estaba agotado. Algunas chicas de Filipinas me dijeron que esto es normal, personalmente para mí que esto ocurra en Yesasia es demasiado extraño ya que suele ser el colchón de la gente y en muchas ocasiones esas versiones limitadas están por días o incluso semanas, nadie me quitara que había gato encerrado en esta ocasión. Rápidamente google, amazon japan no lo tenían en lista y cuando lo encontré también: vendido. Lo mismo con nhv y con todas las webs que conocía para hacer el pedido. Me resigne, me di una vuelta y me dije a mi misma “no pasa nada, un gasto menos” para mi sorpresa fue al comentar el caso con esas chicas de Filipinas una chica me aviso de una web donde el preorder estaba abierta. He de admitir que soy muy escéptica a la hora de comprar en una web donde no me pueden dar recomendaciones y en esta ocasión estas chicas no podían comentarme nada porque ellas mismas no habían comprado. Rápidamente envié un mail al dueño de la tienda con mis dudas, he de admitir que me sorprendió esa gran rapideza al contestar, ese trato amable y cercano. Normalmente un vendedor cuando se topa un caso de una fan histérica que del nervio no sabe que pulsa, que hace, que pide, que pregunta; en ese momento muchos se cansan, se aburren y personalmente si me hubiera contestado mal lo hubiera visto normal y más que razonable. Pero no, un trato excelente y agradable.
La verdad es que este post quería hablar sobre esta web: Japan Je. Con un gran catálogo de productos, goods y un trato excelente sin duda alguna ha conseguido hacer algo que las demás webs no me aseguraban: confianza. Ya dicen que con amabilidad y buenas palabras consigues muchas más cosas y en esta ocasión Agnes, quien maneja esta web, se ha ganado toda mi confianza y el hecho que si alguien me pregunta alguna web para comprar sin duda la recomiende. Y si, si hice este post tan largo era simplemente para dar una pequeña opinión y una recomendación ya que después de todas las molestias que tuvo conmigo se merece esto y mucho más.

Repito, este post no es para desprestigiar otras webs, porque si bien no compre la gran mayoría de mis conciertos, álbum y singles de CdJapan ni a Yesasia porque fue a la que tuve que comprar en estos últimos lanzamientos, este post es para hablar de una experiencia y poder recomendar una web que no conocía y supongo que bastante gente la desconoce y seguro que tras echarle un vistazo entenderá porque quede tan encantada con ella. Así que chicos, yo ya tengo una  web favorita donde comprar los nuevos lanzamientos de Arashi y en la que, sin duda alguna, comprare en un futuro sin pensármelo dos veces.

I’ll talk about a personal experience, I don’t want anyone get angry, think bad or even have a critique like “Ayumi, How can you say that if this shop is where I bought and it's great?” ‘Cause sometimes in last releases I get angry, it’s so strange at me, with CdJapan. Lately this web get me a lot of problems like didn’t let me pay my order or the biggest problem I have: not notify about the product or notify in hours impetuous. This last didn’t his fault, there is a big time difference and if the notify me when I’m slepping it’s my fault. But always have a second choice called Yesasia, the first time I buy it I wasn’t sure ‘cause I have bad opinions to the level get afraid about my order don’t arrive, luckily they arrive and yesasia give me more trust. But, what happens this time? This case is strangely. I’ll talk about what happens.

I must admit I'm very skeptical web I didn’t have recommendations and in this occasion this girls can’t tell me nothing ‘cause they didn’t buy anything. Quickly I send a mail to his owner and I have to admit I was surprised his quickness to answer, kind treatment and close. Normally when a seller encounters one hysterical fan which was nerve and didn’t see and know what are doing, what purchase, what are asking; in this moment everyone get tired and I, if I was in his skin I answer bad. But not, I have an excellent treatment and so kind.

The truth is that this post would talk about this website: Japan JE. With a with a large catalog of products, goods and excellent treatment certainly has managed to do something that no other websites assured me: trust. People say with kindness and good words you can get a lot more things and this time Agnes, who manages this website, has earned my trust and the fact that if someone asks me to buy some web definitely recommends this. And yes, I made this post so long was simply to give a small review and a recommendation as after all the trouble he had with me deserved this and more.

Again, this post is not to disparage other websites, ‘cause I buy the majority of my concerts, album and singles in CDJapan or Yesasia, this post is to talk about my experience and recommend a website that I didn’t know and I guess enough people don’t know and sure, after check it, they understand why I’m so glad with Japan JE. So guys, I have a website I already favorite to buy the new releases from Arashi and which, no doubt, buy in the future without thinking twice.
